This document is a public offer by Balyq shop (the Seller) for a retail sale agreement for goods sold through balyq.shop and Balyq shop retail stores in Atyrau. Acceptance is constituted by placing an order on the site or by making a purchase in a store. Buyers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.
Seller - Balyq shop, with stores in Atyrau at Yerniyazov Street 18 and Azattyk Avenue 35. Buyer - the individual or legal entity placing an order on the site or in a store.
Sale of fish, caviar, seafood and related goods (oils, olives, starters, gift baskets) through balyq.shop with pickup or delivery.
The site serves Atyrau only. Pickup from Balyq shop stores and courier delivery within the city are available. Delivery to other locations is not provided.
All prices are in tenge (KZT) and may change. The final order price is fixed at the time of checkout. For weighted goods, the final amount may differ slightly from the estimate due to actual weight at weighing.
Payment is made on receipt - cash or card to the courier or at the store for pickup. Online payment on the site is not enabled at the time these terms are published.
Food products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Consumer Rights Protection», since they are food items.
Goods of improper quality (freshness issues, damaged packaging, broken seal) are subject to replacement or refund. Report any issue on the day of receipt by phone +7 776 026 3290 or email info@balyq.shop, including a photo of the product and the order number.
The Seller is responsible for product quality at the moment of handover to the Buyer. After handover, responsibility for storage and consumption passes to the Buyer. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier service or by force majeure.
